Khaman also known as khaman dhokla is a savory cake made with a batter of gram flour and a leavening agent. The batter is steamed in a mould to get a fluffy and soft savory cake. It is topped with a flavorful tempering made with mustard, green chilli, sesame seeds, hing and curry leaves.
